All Managers and Coaches MUST complete this online concussion training. Managers and Coaches please click on the CDC website link and complete the FREE ONLINE Concussion Training class. All Managers and Coaches are required by the State and the League to complete this training class. Once you've completed the training class, please print out and download the PDF Certification of completion. Please carry this document to your fields on practices and game days. Click here for link.

Players will be contacted by your coach after the draft of players which is usually within a day or two of the tryouts.
Please print and complete a Medical Release form for each player to be given to your coach at the first practice. The form can be accessed through the link on this page or from the Document & Forms page on the menu at the left.
